Guides on finding, understanding and dealing with wasp nests.
Wasps begin building nests in early April depending on the weather, so a mild spring can bring the season forward and a cold one can delay it.
A hidden nest follows the same calendar as every wasp colony, and knowing the timeline helps you spot trouble early and act at the right time.
For a business, a wasp nest in the hedge or landscaping is a safety and reputation issue as well as a nuisance, and it needs a calm, organised response.
Nests do not respect boundaries, and wasps from one garden can easily become a problem for the next, so early action and a friendly word go together.
Several harmless insects wear wasp colours, so spotting the lookalikes can save you worry and an unnecessary call-out.

Tara H“called this company as had loads of wasps in the garden not a good thing with 3 kids running around, they came around that afternoon and dealt with the nest, so I was happy and so were the kids, would recommend”
Eddie RTell us where the wasps are and we will call you back to arrange a visit. Fixed price £80, no call-out charge.
